ChalWest conveyancing has been operating as an Independent Settlement Agency in Western Australia since 1997 after the staff had been many years in the Conveyancing industry.

ChalWest Conveyancing will only act for one client in a settlement, either the Purchaser/s of a property or the Seller/s of a property. You have the security of knowing that we are looking after your interests in your settlement, not the interests of any other party.

The 3 senior members of this firm, Judith Pinczuk, Lisa Lynch and Lianna Paparoni are fully licensed with the Settlement Agent's Supervisory Board and all staff have completed, or are in the process of completing, accredited supervisory board educational qualifications.

ChalWest Conveyancing has electronic access to the Land Titles Office (Department of Land Information) to search titles, plans and encumbrances, They also:

• Ensure you are dealing on the correct property by sending the search to you.
• Make all prudent enquiries of the rating authorities to ensure you receive a property without unknown encumbrances and send copies to you of the replies received.
• Liaise with your financial institution to meet the contracted settlement date.
• and in every way make the utmost endeavour to settle your sale or purchase as provided in the contract and to your satisfaction.
